Search failed me
Hey all, my hubby and I are looking for homes. We can do easy fixer upper’s but nothing crazy like electricals. Trying to find the search filter on realtor.com and it’s just not there. I’m wondering if it’s a subscription thing. Anywho we’re looking to stay in western Pa with preferably a stone/brick. Which is where that keyword search was gonna come in handy. Anyone know of any good apps that will help?

Everyone is looking for these type of houses. Usually wholesaler find them off market through direct mailing/cold calling/SEO/drive for dollar tactics. If you don't want to do the things those wholesalers do, once in awhile you can low ball an on the market listing or maybe purchase a property from a wholesaler (buyer be ware!!! Most wholesalers are flight by night operator who bought a course and want to get rich quick. To safeguard your money, always let a reputable title company to handle your transaction and only send money to them no exceptions)
Think about it, if I were a seller of a property, and I've decided to list it on the market, all things equal, of course I want the highest dollar from the sale. And the only way to generate the highest dollar is to have this property exposed to everyone. So there is no reason that I, as a seller, want to limited my buyers by listing my property on a hard to find, exclusive platform, unless there's some ugly secret I want to hide.
