I was looking into DST's and was mindblown by the fees that were involved in those offerings.

I could rent by room, but that is more involved in finding tenants. 

You sound like your eyes are wide open.If the back in nearby the house, your collection method could be a winner.

A single booking at a higher nightly rate would more than make up for the couple hundred dollars it would cost you to run the space by a trained eye. 

But my next goal is to get more involved and integrate a more closer focused program to push for success in sobriety and life by holding more accountability and providing more resources.

----Notice a common theme, at no point is cruising the MLS involved nor struggling for a seller to accept that which they have 0 desire in accepting.

I would steer clear of this because getting involved in a scam like this can put you in the crosshairs for no reason.
