Got new update, nothing encouraging.

I put a lot of money and time into updating the house over the years and am looking to sell without a real estate agent if I can.

I am needing to ask since one of my guys gave me a false SSN and I received an IRS notice stating that I need to update the accurate SSN for the contractor.  

The biggest variable usually ends up being permits, layout changes, or mechanical updates once demo starts.

I’d recommend interviewing a few PMs to see how they handle guest issues, emergency calls, and owner updates.

-> look at surrounding suburbs and a property that's been maintained, do some cosmetic updates and rent out long term.
