We have had just a few projects along the way, including, new electric panel box, new electric in the bathroom and kitchen, new Pex plumbing in the whole house, a support wall teardown + header beam install, whole house installation of recessed lights, new drywall in the kitchen and bathroom, new sub-floor in the kitchen and bathroom, and new hardwood floors in the entire house.

If it's just uneveness in the joists and the pockets on the header of the basement are fine than I wouldn't be concerned.Nevertheless if you're interested in getting specific GC recommendations in Wilmington I would jump into the DelREIA facebook group.

Water Stains in Sub-Floor under toilet (Structure safety and mold/fungal growth concerns) Discolorization of floor joist due to harmful form of fungal growth Door hinge on bottom crawlspace Floor Deflection, sag in master bathroom and bedroom b) The girder in the middle right end of the crawlspace and the floor joists at the rear of the crawlspace have been notched in several locations to install plumbing lines and the headers that were installed where a joist would have been cut in two to install the drain line under the shower stall in the master bathroom are not properly attached and exhibited signs of failure.

I understand you cannot POST a topic in that forum unless you are a plus or pro member, but it says right in the forum header page that you can respond to a post:"To Initiate an Event thread, you must have a Plus or PRO account, but any member can respond"  Still cant reply to that topic, Columbus meetup.
