It's supposed to be first come first served.Has anyone here been luckier?

As a Chicago investor I am a little luckier so far, collections have been about 95% but the thing that bothers me is the ones not paying are very aware that not much can be done... so we expect that they will be living for free for a long time before anything can be done about it.

If you're luckier, in Portland, we have those on line, but not real great search tools besides address by address.If you have a friend that can get you an account with a title company, better search tools and bit more info (like last sale and price).Once you get owner, look up the phone.  

I'm sure all of you have heard the phrase the harder I work the luckier I get, I think luck plays a part but not as much as some of us believe.

As the saying goes "that harder I work, the luckier I get" Network, go out an look at as many properties as you can to learn your market, and use more than one method  to find deals.

So you're luckier than me because you can get yourself educated at a fraction of what I spent.

I've only been doing this only five years and you've been much luckier than me.I think you're falling into the trap of many small RE investors.
