My plan from day one is to house hack to cut living expenses, build equity in the Triangle, and keep stacking units the right way.I’ve been running the BRRRR method and I’m comfortable with value-add deals, but stepping into a new market is a different animal.

There are numerous lots with half-built houses, lots of for-sale signs on buildings, and also vacant land for sale.

I can't elaborate further, as I am in the learning process, but the zelle method seems to come with risk, according to some of the bookwriters and experts.

I used the enemy method (EM) on FF to find my number.

We are doing some research on rent collection methods but are new to all of this, so if anyone has recommendations that would be great!
