If there is anyone that is using the text blast method, what platforms are you using? I've been wholesaling for a few years now currently cold calling to obtain leads. I'm looking to scale and want to explore other ways of getting leads while I'm on the phones.
Just my two cents, but I would stay away from cold text blasting. Carriers and regulations have really cracked down on this stuff without EXPLICIT opt ins from people. I know a lot of people are still successful with texting, but it's not something I would want to risk entire campaigns or my business over.
