Is anyone still text blasting to get leads for wholesale deals?

If there is anyone that is using the text blast method, what platforms are you using? I've been wholesaling for a few years now currently cold calling to obtain leads. I'm looking to scale and want to explore other ways of getting leads while I'm on the phones.
