@Derek Brickley what program do you have in Michigan that provides grant monies on a 4 unit?

Many independent agents have access to ReInsurePro which is basically NREIG for agents - plus many other programs. 

I am not ready to give up my full time job so as involved as I can be.

Every program handles it a little differently and you want to stay compliant while building your foundation.You’re doing all the right things. 

The program has had an overhaul recently and they are much more responsive now.

It is a strategy that I've done with my wife 9 times in 8 years, so it is very powerful and you can live for reduced cost and sometimes for free if you do it correctly, and that's my favorite part of it.Regarding the Section 8 question, I'm very familiar with Section 8 since I've down it on about 8 units total in my 20 unit portfolio in Denver, Aurora and Englewood, so I've worked with all the housing authorities and understand the program very well. 

Is Peter Conte program is definitely a fraud.

If you or anyone here can put close to $500 down and give me a certain percentage on a couple of deals you do I could give you access to the whole program. 

Does anybody have experience leasing to VA (programs)?
