I told them I didn't have the available cash for the renovations and they proposed since i mentioned before I had just opened a large line of credit on my biz credit cards which have 0% interest for 12mo, if I would be open to letting them use the cards for the renovation and once they receive the draws from the HML they would then wire those draws back to me to pay my balance off.
