Congresswoman Marjorie Taylor Greene (GA-14) introduced the No Tax on Home Sales Act—a bold proposal to eliminate the federal capital gains tax on the sale of primary residences.

I can understand how high equity allow a wholesaler room to maneuver to make his proposed financing work, but if the seller has little or no debt that he has to pay, how is he "motivated" by his equity? 

One applicant mentioned that the proposed move-in date didn’t work for their timeline.

He said he would work with me to make things right, but when I asked him how he proposed to do that, he ignored me.

Many Many ridiculous laws get proposed every year.
