Need property manager referral

Hello all, 

I'm looking for a property manager in Killeen. I've had to change a first property manager for a 4-plex after poor management. I hired another one, but they have in the contract that if I leave a negative review for them, they'll charge me $300 per day until I take down the review. I've been looking for a good property manager for a few weeks. I've talked to Linnemann, but they ghosted me after I asked why they want to change $500 if a unit is vacant and I end the contract. The unit is vacant; what's the charge of maintaining a vacant unit!!?

I haven't had much luck with searching online; the reviews are mixed and can't fully trust a PM that is not vetted. Can you guys please recommend a vetted PM in Killeen?

Lol, How are they going to collect on that negative review fee? They taking you to court? Any judge would laugh at them. I would leave the review just to mess with them. 

Go with a reputable Nationwide Name. The Keller Williams', BHHS, and REMAX's of the have standards  and name brands to maintain.
