First off DONT USE PEX A use B or C  I have had A rupture in freeze situations, C has not, the Build Show on Youtube recently did a burst pressure simulation and A failed before the other pipes did.   

I know many variables can go into play, but run this simulation with me. 

Started paper trading (basically simulation using real time stock market prices) at 16 yrs old.

Hi all,anybody has an idea how to run the BP calculator and tweak the payments to simulate paying every week instead of monthly, and ultimately generating ROI after 5 years, 10 etc?

I've only posted a few times as I've been trying to "simulate" deals as I find them - but haven't jumped on anything yet.I originally considered condos but they are out of the question now due to HOA irregularities and unexpected circumstances.

There are other good uses of old structures for firefighter training that may not help you solve your problem but are difficult to simulate due to their destructive nature such as forcible entry (ie breaking down doors) and vertical ventilation (cutting holes in roofs) that you might mention when trying to sell your idea.
