I am definitely emphasizing the modern conveniences my cabins offer (wifi, full kitchen, delivery services etc) so people feel like they'll have all the comforts of home while still getting a change of pace.  

Be sure to emphasize that they would start paying on that date and do the math as to how much they would need at that date as most people are living paycheck to paycheck so they might not have the money available.
