Advice needed South Florida market

Hello BP!

I am seeking advice on how to ease long-time property owners' minds on section 8 voucher holders. I am a real estate investor (and rent to voucher holders) and see the value in renting to the right HUD participant, I also understand their concerns. I feel at an impasse due to having seen different angles of this issue/need/cashflow opportunity: as a landlord, former social worker for the State of Florida, and now as a realtor.

I am in South Florida and have a long waiting list of clients seeking rentals and are desperate. I am helping other investors acquire properties but it is not fast enough. What can I do to ease property owners' minds into accepting these applicants?

Any and all advice is appreciated.
