Hey guys, I came across some interesting statistics when looking into the probate leads I was buying.

I don't really care what the national statistics are, I'm concerned about a particular home in my area that I know I can cash flow if I can buy it for $xxx.

The same statistic can break people down by IQ, work ethic, talent, skill, practice, or in any other profession...
