Basically, if you find a property where you can charge rent to cover the mortgage, the lender will count that potential income as YOUR income and will help you get your loan.

I think I now have 2 chargers and 3 batteries so I can go for a really long time before I am completely out of charge. 

The car cost $8,000 to buy initially because it was a 2008 dodge charger with a salvaged title.I cleaned out the trailer and painted a few rooms then owner financed it for $50,000 with $3,000 down and they lived in it for 1 year before they stopped making the payments.

Again with some of the sales you can buy a new tool with 2 batteries and a charger for almost the same price as 2 batteries.

I charge for free at the super chargers and if I have to charge at home its at 11pm.

Every home must have car chargers in garage is amoungst many other set asides.

So EV chargers are going in on both side in the next month.  

Maybe Raiders, or Chargers....they were the LA Chargers originally....but more likely a Buffalo type...or any team willing to piss off a lot of fans for the equity gain.
