Hey @Mark Miles, we have had an influx of bookings as well but it is evenly split across VRBO and AirBNB.It isn't totally unusual but this has been a bit different.We are usually 1/2 booked for the May-Oct season before Thanksgiving.

Starting with a VA loan is one of the strongest paths I see vets use to scale, especially if the goal is eventually 3–4 units.I’m in the lending + deal-analysis space and work with investors running the VA → Conventional → VA cycle, so here are the big levers that make it smooth:• Refi timing: Most people hit the 12–18 month mark once rents season and DTI is cleaned up.• Entitlement: Straightforward as long as the conventional loan closes cleanly and rent docs are dialed in.• Challenges: Rushing seasoning, appraisal surprises, and trying to juggle too much at once.
