I'm a black country boy from tuskegee alabama  that don't mind promoting someone  that actually has a course and community  of investors  that's worth much more then the money you will pay for a courseThis was the review I needed, any tips to make the best out of the program and did you have to use a lot of your own capital to get started in the construction process or was the network of private lenders. helpful So i started off on the program focused on building houses.

I did see a thread back in November about house hacking and assisted living, but that approach didn’t seem quite as promising because it required more hands-on work, along with entity structuring and considerations like caregiver wages, food, supplies, licensing, insurance, overhead, etc.I liked Alex’s answer about looking into cost segregation studies.

During COVID I had the following happen in the households I manage: 1) one house member loses their job and their immediately get a job b/c another house member's job needed someone.2) one house member got sick, so other house members pitched in to do their chores and cook their food and deliver it to their room so they could stay healthy, quarantined, and socially supported.  3) one house member had their car breakdown, so other house members helped them w/rides to the mechanic.
