Love deep rectangles.  

While a rectangle room may seem simple at first, if you don't lay it out correctly you can end up with a thin awkward section of tile at one or two sides of the room. 

If the shape is more complex, you'll have to measure each piece of wall, break it into rectangles, compute the size of each one and add or subtract as appropriate.

My favorite was a building that looked like originally a rectangle that they had twisted one way at the top and another way at the bottom.

Not every applicant passes muster...no different than if this potential tenant was just renting it.Not every rectangle is a square.

The actual area that I'm very hesitant to be in is the rectangle bounded by 42nd St, 38th St, Post Rd, and Mitthoefer Rd.Being in the Downtown/Urban Core can be misleading though.

I couldn’t post the screenshots from my IPad, but on the actual online bid site were pull down links to the property appraiser......The aerial clearly shows just a solid blue line between two villas, not a rectangle showing a regular lot, dimensions given were 1’x 50’, 50 sf, tax Land value of like $300, Building Value $0.So yeah, it Must be the county’s fault......
