and you must live there.if you decide to have your mail forwarded there and have someone rent it from you, like a relative or whatever - you are violating the rules [NOT RECOMMENDED].purchasing investment homes to live in, fix up and sell is definitely a viable option - it takes discipline and focus - many people who make these kinds of investments can get side-tracked, do too much to the property, get married, have kids...life happens and before you know it, it's not a true "investment" property anymore...it's your home.

@Deanna McCormick Thanks for comment and feedback on process, but it seems like we keep getting side tracked the thread.I will probably sit in on a proceeding.But The title in the post is 'convincing my client' to settle....Eviction has already been filed.My job as a PM is to consult, and as a business I need to make money.
