Can I still find $100,000 SFRs in Florida with good CAP rate?

Hello everyone. I live in SW Fl and am interested in purchasing SFRs preferably in Florida. The closer to me the better however 3/2 single family homes do not sell anywhere near $100,000 in my neck of the woods. Are there still deals to be found maybe in Tampa or Orlando on 3/2 SFRs for around $100,000 that can produce $1,000+ in rent? Thank you all in advance! Alex Balan

CAP rates do NOT apply to SFRs, so no, I guess you couldn't. Don't mean to be harsh, but if you explain to an experienced investor that you are looking for a SFR with a good CAP rate then they are going to think you are a joke, an easy target, or both.
