These are the two that maintain their apartments immaculately, fix things on their own without asking me, and are my eyes and ears all year long calling me when they see wrong doing going on............they treat my property with respect and look out for me like I was their friend, not their landlord.

I thought that since it's not my primary home that I would still qualify, but I was wrong.

Don't get me wrong, do not blindly jump into something with no research, but ignore the people on here being condescending.

Neighbors had pictures of those guys and stories of wrongdoings but, cops left with advice for me to initiate the legal process, they can't do much about it unless they catch them stealing or doing any wrongdoing.I got my LegalShield plan and tomorrow scheduled to get the handover of keys and accounting details from my ex-PM.

You need to expect it to make you money eventually, I suppose, but what I'm getting here is you're saying  'it's not investing unless it cash flows' which I'd say is just plain wrong.

Is that wrong?
