If it keeps my vacancy numbers down, then the money I am putting aside for vacancy can go to the extra cost a professional might charge to fix the tenants mistakes.Just for reference, my tenants are staying on average about 5 years and I still save for vacancy between 2-4 weeks per year.

Hey Tai, As many mentioned, common area (exterior of the property) would be fine to add cameras but inside the home does violate privacy so if you must, it may be best to potentially raise the stay cost a little per day to buffer for the damage costs.

@Iram Vimawala I see a few 4 bedrooms in the mid-to-high $300's, and a couple in the mid $400k range a little further away from you, best case scenario that additional 5th bedroom you have shouldn't cost a buyer more than an additional $100k which means you should be priced in the high $400's best case scenario if I were buying.

There are a little over 300 properties on the market at this time that can be bought for less than $100,000.Some of these are less than $20,000, for example, 1971 Aberdeen Avenue, Columbus OH 43211 listed for $14,900 and 4874 Ridge Street, Columbus OH 43207 is listed for $16,100Both of these properties obviously need to be rehabbed but there are others that cost a bit more but are turnkey like the one below:Listed at $69,900.00 This Single-Family Freestanding at 2228 Gerbert Road, Columbus 43211.
