Opinions needed regarding auction sales!

Hello All!! Well, the time has come!! I've run out of excuses as to why I haven't invested yet. I'm now going all in. Question: Regarding sites like Auction.com or going to live auctions.... obviously due diligence is key ( ie...looking at the comps, driving by etc) but how can I do my due diligence regarding title? Do people do ( pay ) for title searches before bidding on a property? How would you go about it?

All those answers and no one answered your question😂 The answer for me is No, I don’t do title searches before bidding at auctions. I buy properties at the local courthouse either in a tax sale or a foreclosure sale every year. I fix them and keep them as rentals.
