They have about 30 handicapped spots, which is ridiculous!

I never want to be mediocre and give them the excuse to think that they were right about me just being “another boy with a handicap.”

However, that one line items involves literally hundreds of hours of work, hundreds or thousands of hours of supervision, thousands of man/hours of labor, ordering, etc.I'm an 18 handicap golfer.

We PHYSICALLY helped him move all of his stuff out (he's handicapped).

Because of our location and amenities plus the fact that these are ground level garden-style homes across from a rapid transit station we are exploring the idea of converting to full ADA spec handicapped accessible.

We're replaced a few toilets with the chair height ones and, in one case with a senior couple with health issues, I've added a handicap seat available from Lowes.
