Hi Everyone
Wanted to check in and see if there are any members here near or around Santa cruz that would like to get together and share their journey in real estate investing so far.
We're just starting out again and we've been able to purchase a couple of out of state properties. It's been quite a ride so far,we've learned so much.

@Frank J contreras mostly single families and duplexes. The larger multi families are priced out of control right now. Even the sellers we contact off market have them valued too high. We’re usually able to get substantial discounts by marketing direct to seller.
