The building used to have one in the basement but the machines were removed a long time ago.  

There is already a sump pit but I'm wondering about what kind of pump and the durability of a pump that might have to pump water 12 feet up and 5 feet across for 3 or 4 washing machines at the same time.  

But we do have a basement with a plumbing connection  for a few machines. 

Lots of comforters and most importantly is plenty of towels.Now regarding machines, we have a Maytag set we bought new. 4.5cuft on the washer which I feel is the smallest one you would want.

We will also add a community and exercise room, vending machines and update the laundry facilities.

The great Google machine tells me that Surfside Condos on Windward are actually in Corpus Christi.

There are better more experienced operators out there... don't be swayed by the Brandon Turner marketing machine like I was.

With one of those you can use the ATM card to make a deposit into an ATM machine at any time of day - so no more conflict with branch hours. 

For the amount of work I do, and I would suppose most non-contractor landlords do, I think the van is typically enough.The van you pictured is an amazing machine.
