It's a beautifully fine-tuned machine when it starts working in concert.So the real question we need to answer for ourselves is:Do we want to be and stay stuck with the immense repeat time investment and painful learning curve, which no software alone will solve for us, or do we want to focus on growing our team (with the appropriate skills) and business by doing what we do best (and outsource the rest):Buy & Sell real estate.Food for thought ;-)On a side note, I'd be interested in what strategy and process exactly was applied by your marketing team that yielded zero results.

There is no reason to reward this behavior by giving them an in unit machine.

One of my favorite 'stories' to look back on is when I literally had to take the change out of my laundry machines to buy a property. 

An exceedingly small number of people are capable of operating completely autonomously and those that can still require clear and effective tasking; a skill that most leaders lack. the bigger hedgefunds though wont buy low end rentals they want or are buying that solid B class at the median price point.. we saw that in ATL when they first started buying courthouse steps and we were active there.. they tried some lower value C class and quickly left those behind as they realized being a big machine they  were not feasible from a management standpoint.

Build the machine in your backyard, and after it’s built, then send it out to other markets.
