Pet Friendly Airbnb

Is the increased revenue, demand, and occupancy for an Airbnb worth the ware and tare that accompanies pets?

ie.. dirty paws from walking outside on the floor and room rugs. Dog jumps on couch with dirt..

Are the dogs sleeping in the room with their owners?

Basically, what are the pros and cons of allowing this to take place.

Bottom line is I want to make our live-in Airbnb pet friendly if we can see a substantial increase in revenue that far surpasses the potential issues.

Disclaimer*** I have never personally owned dogs, only cats and rats

Thanks,

Nick

Replied

I get thousands in pet fees. Pets don't cause damage people do.

80% of travelers want to go on vacation with Fido,  do you only want to be available to 20% of travelers?
