Hey everyone,With the laws in WA preventing the state from preventing the sale of ADUs separate from the main home through I believe condominiumizing the ADU (that may be wrong someone correct me if so), I am seeking to get connected to professionals that can help with that process.I am working on a ground up, 18 lot, deal and each lot will have 1 main home and 1 ADU.

On a positive - local and often small municipalities have done an excellent job (in my opinion) of fairly regulating most regions to prevent over saturation and clear processes to permit issuance and operations. - Low inventory to remain so.
