@Mindy Jensen I would love to see some more tutorials on just how to maximize time spent on BP. 

There is a good tutorial for how to use it for wholesaling on youtube.  

Video tutorials or screen captures work best.  

So I did a quick search for a tutorial on how to post pictures and thanks to Michael R, I now have pictures to show you.Thanks Michael the tutorial was very user friendly!

Even those of us posting here who agree in principle with "no debt", have ended up realizing that it's just too darned slow to get where you want to get to with just our own previously earned and saved dollars.On a side note, I trust that Dave will not allow purchase of his books and tutorials and seminars by credit card?...
