Just remember the only stories you are gonna hear are the rosey colored glasses ones as most people do not share the nightmare stories they have gone through.

@Joey Wilson thanks that's helpful additional color.  2021-22 were when assets hit peak pricing and so if this fund deployed all/most of the capital at that time I'm guessing their asset values are 30%+- lower today.
