Hey @Mark Miles, we have had an influx of bookings as well but it is evenly split across VRBO and AirBNB.It isn't totally unusual but this has been a bit different.We are usually 1/2 booked for the May-Oct season before Thanksgiving.

I have a contractor friend who does this, what he leaves out on the front end is his salary and others in the cost to rehab, a 10% mark up on materials.
