Driving 4 Dollars

If you're currently driving 4 dollars, do you use or recommend using Deal Machine-or some other system? I'm trying to figure out the most efficient yet cost-effective way to compile data. Budget is tight and time is money. Thank you!

@Renee White one thing I would add in addition to @Jackson Surplus's great tip, is that Wisconsin like Iowa, has the amazing benefit of snow (kidding, kinda) lol.  I have found that 24-48 hours after a good snow is a great way to find opportunities if it's clear no one has made any tire marks in the snow.  This is a clear sign of either possible abandonment, neglect or those who have a second home.  Bonus if you can also see deferred maintenance.  Either way, there's a likely possibility of an opportunity.  Narrow down a few select neighborhood markets you like, then go out and find out what properties warrant additional research and contact.
