I also know that the order in which you read them is also important as you can have all of the information, just not know where to implement it.I would highly appreciate if anybody else that has done a lot of reading could compile a short list of some books that have impacted them heavily and if so, what the best order to read them in is.

We’ve started implementing range lockouts as well, usually keeping cooling at a minimum of 68°F and heating at a maximum of 74–75°F, depending on the season.

I love slow flips I was initially apart of Scott’s program but I ended up just reading his book and implementing the strategy last month I just did a slow flip with a outstate investor who had a a free and clear  i structured the deal to have it paid it off and 5 and sold it to a local female investor who wants more because she likes to buy on terms.
