When I advertise a property, no matter how i am contacted (whether email, text, voice mail),  I have a little paragraph that I cut and paste which has all my requirements. 

Begin by connecting with them and making an introduction.

Your lead paragraph is an entirely meaningless, stand alone fact that provides no basis whatsoever for making any type of investing decision.Many thousands of people are building new homes across the country.

I'd certainly advise you to find a good agent who can advise on the massive DFW are (happy to make an introduction) but agree with prior comment that duplex inventory is slim, especially on MLS.
