That may be cheaper than a full lawyer draft customized one.You can also collect multiple sample operating agreements from other investors here at BP, and pick and choose the article that make sense to you and draft your own one.

Don't fall for it.About air samples... never had to go that route.

They provide it through a partner and if you’re unsure of using it you can do what I did which is just message their customer service through the app and ask for a sample screening report.

They somehow think that for $197, or $1970, or $19700, they’ve somehow acquired some methodology, strategy, knowledge or “the secret sauce” that will ensure their investing or business success, and that the experienced, knowledgeable, and successful real estate investors who point out the obvious faults “just don’t get it”.  

@Nicole W.The thing I always try to remember (though I often fail) is that when dealing with a large enough sampling of the general population you will come across all types of people; the psychotic, neurotic, self obsessed, egotistical, obsessive - compulsive, as well as the unhappy, naive, stupid, etc.  

This sample seems to be doing much better than the larger commercial is reporting for April. 30% of commercial multi residential tenants did not pay any rent in April. 

A recommendation to share with people is if it’s information and not from a data management company (like Datatree Propstream, rentometer) to name a few and it’s from a “guru” - then run away.It’s typically not even worth asking where they get their data from or a sample of data They all sell on FOMO and sign up now.
