Our cleaning crew does all the normal STR stuff--cleaning, restocking, laundry, replace towels, reset beds, and will do the occasional odd job like replacing batteries.

In practice if you can't get the modular to the location due to bridges, narrow roads, or other obstructions it may be difficult/impossible for a land route.Some modules could be designed to be flown in, but that's a whole ballgame of airspace permissions and I can see that as being a huge issue, possible insurmountable.However Modular itself is not illegal.

It goes over handling the leads setting up your team (whether its just you or a full blown team) and the marketing module is probably the most detailed going over direct mail, ppc, cold calling etc etc.You can just go through the course if you want, no need to have the call at the end you already have my number.
