What is your Online Lead system?

Question

Looking for suggestions on how you have your online lead generation set up from A to Z. So I was using Direct mail for the last two years but decided to focus more on my online presence. Right now I have a Carrot powered site and will start a Google Adwords campaign when setup is complete. But I would like to know How are you driving traffic to your site. What are you then using for lead management. Do you have a V.A are you using Podio to manage them? how often are you reaching out to your leads. Looking for software suggestions or anything really I am familiar with patience I know im not going to see real results for a couple of months but I set my budget around 1500 a month is that a good starting point?

Hey @Skyler Mckinney good to see you are still making it happen.  I hadn't heard from you for a bit.  I've got an email course that is short and to the point.  It runs through much of what you are asking about. I generally use it in markets we are going into to train and vet people that we are looking to send leads too or just partner with on deals in certain areas.

It goes over a few crms including the one we use in our biz which runs several of my businesses and has a free version to start out.  I've never heard anyone on any podcast mention in but I've used it for years and feel its the best.  It goes over handling the leads setting up your team (whether its just you or a full blown team) and the marketing module is probably the most detailed going over direct mail, ppc, cold calling etc etc.

$1000 is an excellent budget.

All my students are using Freedomsoft to generate leads.

Thanks yeah still chugging along trying to find my calling ahahah still trying to figure out what's working vs what's not but on year 2 and got 2 flips done and still alive aha I will pm you! hope all is well!
