But we never had a shiny truck show up with people in monogrammed shirts.  

For most that have vanilla LLC's were they bought a rental put 20% down and own a few of them to me its over kill.when you move into larger multi million dollar deals then yes I see most folks buying those in separate LLCs.. but have partners who have only one and own HUGE holdings in the one company  shopping centers , MF  industrial tilt ups.. but with monster insurance. 

Last time I checked trucks don't run off of hugs & an employee's wage is the same whether he goes inside the house or walks around the outside of it.James,Now your just being cheeky. ;-) As conceded above, things may be different in the rust belt.  

Now you may find a novice contractor or "Chuck in a Truck " who may sign what you have .

We did two things: ordered some stuff delivered to our primary residence (TVs, kitchen items, etc bought during a Prime Day sale) and transported it to our STR via a Penske truck, and then ordered the majority of furniture from a store near our STR.I recommend buying local to your STR if they can store your furniture in their warehouse until you're ready to move in. 

I’m not a flashy guy I still drive the same 19 year old pick up truck I want to be able to leave something for my kids when I’m gone .

I have a full time career, with little rehab knowledge, tools, or means ( I don’t even own a truck!).
