The refinance process is just like a new loan.Go to the lender and fill out the application, provide documentation they require and they will give you a sheet with the estimated fees for funding and closing.

Simple process,  no tax implications, just some small due on sale risks.  

He also emphasized the importance of teaching and helping others on their journey while continuing the learning process himself.

Check out their vehicle and there present residence to get a idea of how they take care of their property.Screening services only perform a small portion of the total screening process for potential new tenants.

Once I manage to identify the ideal city to invest in, I hope to connect with the local real estate folks (agents, property managers, lawyers etc.) and progress to the next step in the investment process.

They just may not understand how the process works.
