When should I tell tenants about sale of trailer park?

I've been managing an 8 unit trailer park for 3+ years. Just sold. Closing on 9/14.

I collect rent on the 1st, so maybe I should tell them after rent collection on 9/1?

Not my area, but, I would tell them after close. Anything could happen for the deal to fall through. Then, with that letter you can explain the new process as it pertains to rents, reporting problems, etc.
