My First REI Cincinnati

Hello BP Community,

Yesterday I attended my first REI in Cincinnati. The speaker was Joe Fairless. He had some great advice to share and provided some interesting insight into residential and commercial real estate. I made a few connections and I am interested to hear from the community.

I know the main goal is to network and learn but If you have attended a REI before what are some specific goals you try to achieve when attending a REI?
