For me, that is when there is a lot of speculation in the RE market without underlying value and healthy market conditions.

Everyone has different points of views hence the back and forth which is healthy and good until you get someone like you who get all butt hurt when someone doesn't see things your way.

Interest rates should be above 0 because that is indicative of a healthy economy. 

Higher education will not, unfortunately, bestow immunity to the deficiencies of the human brain.

This is like any other virus - only 2 options, 1. the suceptible die out and 2. herd immunity.

I personally believe that it really is a gateway drug and I don't care what anyone says or tries to make you believe, smoking anything isn't healthy.

A lot of properties are double from what they were a few years ago and the price already includes healthy appreciation in prices and rents that you need just to break even.

As a result my cost per SF is low in my area and my margins are healthy, and surprises while they do happen to not cost a ton.

So I still have relationships from my past I just limit them in scope and have healthy boundaries.
