We lowered rents, supposedly did updates, removed bad tenants… nothing worked.

Good afternoon, Seeking first hand reviews of these banks if possible. would like to avoid wasting time with bad banks.

First understand, the guys on You Tube that are popular, state in their YouTube videos that they spend between $25,000 and $50,000 a MONTH to get the numbers they are talking about.

If you just hire the cheapest or first PMC you speak with and it turns into a bad experience, please don’t assume ALL PMC’s are bad and start trashing PMC’s in general.

It not because you are a bad property manager that you are having trouble finding qualified tenants.  

They gave us their possible referrals but it did not ensure that these guys are good or bad, it did not ensure a single scheduled introduction time.

Hey Mikai, Never heard of it or used it, many other services have come along into the commercial space before like tenX or something was one for a while and then I think costar just buys them, so they are really the big guys in the game and they really have the best data so not sure what the hellodata can do but costar is pretty legit.

See these guys don't want to make a bunch of trips out, totally understandable!
