What's up BP Fam!

We're right into the middle of the Christmas season and it's the absolute best! 

The music... the decorations... the season... and the reason for the season... Jesus Christ! 

I'm in the middle of building some Ground Up Duplexes and unfortunately, I've had to push hard to get the city to connect my water taps and sewer taps... some progress has been made!

Inside... we're pretty much finished but not really.

The flooring is in! Which is great.. but we still need plumbing stuff: Toilets, faucets, water heaters, HVAC... 

See these guys don't want to make a bunch of trips out, totally understandable! 

The issue is that without water, the plumber can't pass inspection and so there's no reason to put in the toilets yet or the faucets.

Then, without the electric company putting in the meters... the electrician also can't pass inspection.

The HVAC guy doesn't want to put machines in he can't trouble-shoot because there is no power. GRRRR.... 

Can't put in the driveways either because if you do... what do you do? Break freshly poured concrete to connect the clean water and the waste water???? 

I'm NOT complaining because we are also in the Christmas season and people's attention is on family, gifts, preparations and getting stuff done during this time is always challenging. 

My gratitude is for the ability to be able to do what I do. I work from home. I build my duplexes. Sometimes I sell to get some cash and I'm just like you... trying to add more doors to my portfolio in the most profitable way possible. 

2026 is going to be a BANNER year for real estate. That's my prediction. Get ready now!
