Let me introduce myself

Lamar Gallardo
Posted

Hey my name is Lamar Gallardo I am new to wholesaling. I have don't a good amount of research on my own. I would not be here if I didn't, but still i know there is more to learn. I am a pretty cautious person especially when it comes to money and time. I like to have all my ducks lined up before I start anything. Which leads me to why I'm here and what I want to learn or even be able to find these leads here. I'm looking to learn how people in my predicament (total beginner) can find their first investor(s) to sell their contracts to. I have a brother in law who maintains property for a real estate agency. He has met a couple of investors I can get in contact with, but I want to find more all over California.

Hi @Lamar Gallardo, welcome!! My advice is to start small and intentional. Go to local REI meetups, join California-focused investor Facebook groups, and reach out to active flippers and buy-and-hold investors on different platforms or forums.
