So I just buy pretty broad index funds for the most part and hang onto them long term.Sticking to real estate for my active investing has been a good plan for me because it has allowed me to master the process without being too distracted.To confirm, I’m not even saying someone needs to do it, but just learning more investment verticals will allow you to get a better understanding about yourself as an investor instead of falling into a herd mentality.  

I call it the more doors is better mentality.

Many of them have mental health issues and lost touch with family and had no way home, so they're buying them tickets back to their families. 

Buy and Hold is a very different mentality from Buy Low and Sell High.

There’s nothing you can do to prevent a mentally compromised person from behaving mentally compromised in your property.

If you have $2million to invest in then your mentality SHOULD be different than someone who has $2k to invest. 

@Andrew Postell That is the mentality we need.

Most PMs mental behavior is just to collect the rent and send you a bill for repair :)  Don't expect them to do anything else.
