Obviously RE field is so vast that I had many days of being overwhelmed and I still get overwhelmed sometimes with amount of information to absorb and digest, however that did not stop me form progressing in my journey, I continuously progressed little by little.During this time thanks to my networking, started receiving wholesale "deals" from various wholesalers in town and without exaggeration I had to pass on at least 80 different deals until I landed on the one that made sense.

Both CPAs and EAs should be evaluated by the same criteria: competence, scope and quality of services, personality (if any) etc.

At the end of the meeting evaluate what was well received, what had a ton of questions, what was awesome, and adapt the second meeting to account for that data.

It would be really valuable to have more and better information to evaluate what sources of paid teaching are worthwhile vs. which are just jacked-up priced sessions that could be handily replaced with a few books, some podcasts, and learning from a first deal.
