Goal: 15 TK properties in 7 years

Hey everyone, I'm new to BP but have been reading forums for a few months now and everyone is very insightful. I'm looking to start purchasing turnkey SFH/Duplexes with the initial goal of having 15 properties in 7 years bringing in passive income. I had a question thought as I am crating my plan and setting up my team. I read that Fannie/Freddie only allow financing for your first 10 properties but what are your financing options after that if any? Thanks for the help! I plan to start this summer and will keep everyone updated on my progress. Thanks

@Nola Akilo welcome to BP! After you reach your 10 loans you have a couple options such as portfolio loans or dealing with a private lender although rates will be higher in that arena. There's plenty of pitfalls to be aware of in turnkey investing so make sure your educated and know exactly what your getting into. Happy to assist if you need further.
